James W. Srebrolow

James graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992. As one of the founding partners of the firm, James has successfully represented accident victims in a variety of high profile cases, ranging from the TTC Subway disaster, Egypt Air disaster, to the Walkerton Water disaster.

Given James' unique and extensive background whereby he has previously achieved and practiced as a Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist, as well as having achieved a Bachelor of Science in Biology, James has been able to "bring to the negotiating table" a dynamic that is rarely seen in personal injury litigation, thereby resulting in settlements that are not only fair, but are in fact in the best interest of all parties to the lawsuit.
