Michelle graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She joined Srebrolow Lebowitz Spadafora after having articled for one of Canada's leading boutique litigation and class action firms.
Michelle's practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury litigation. She has successfully represented many clients before the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, Pension Appeals Board, Health Services Appeal and Review Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
She has negotiated and settled thousands of claims for plaintiffs including slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, disability, wrongful dismissal and worker's compensation. Michelle is also proud to assist persons making claims to class action compensation plans.
Michelle is also an articling principal at the firm.
