Sidney J. Lebowitz

Principal

Sidney was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 1995 subsequent to obtaining a B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1990 and a LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1993.

Since his call to the Bar, he has practiced predominately in personal injury and insurance litigation and has represented thousands of Plaintiffs and claimants in their pursuit of damages and benefits arising from their injuries.

Sidney has as well represented several Plaintiffs and claimants in their pursuit of damages arising from wrongful dismissal from their employer.

Sidney has successfully negotiated and mediated settlements in these areas of law for thousands of satisfied clients since 1995 and prides himself on being readily available to speak directly with his clients to respond to questions or to address any concerns.

Sidney is a founding partner of Srebrolow Lebowitz Spadafora and when away from the office enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and four precious children.
