Kristoffer is a personal injury lawyer with our firm who brings over 13 years of experience in personal injury law to our team. He began his legal career working in insurance defence and completed his paralegal diploma with high honors at Sheridan College. As a paralegal, he focused on personal injury and accident benefits. He then obtained an Honours B.A. in Organizational Leadership at Wilfrid Laurier University before accepting a scholarship to Bond University in Australia to pursue his Juris Doctor.
He returned to Canada where he was called to the bar in 2018 and currently practices personal injury and general civil litigation. He has represented clients in Small Claims, Superior Court, FSCO/LAT tribunals, and in private mediations. Kristoffer serves his clients using a combination of experience in both insurance defence and plaintiff law that uniquely helps him represent clients in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and animal attack claims.
Kristoffer has authored articles for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and volunteers his time training legal students as a paralegal field placement supervisor for Sheridan College and Centennial College students.
He is a world traveler who has covered 6 continents and has yet to snowboard with penguins in Antarctica. Kristoffer is also a 2015 Australian state champion in judo, a loving husband to his wife and a proud father to his children.
