In his primary practice of personal injury and insurance litigation, Sidney has faithfully and passionately represented the interests of those seeking compensation for injuries sustained across a broad range of circumstances. He has also established a strong secondary specialty in representing individuals wrongfully dismissed by employers and dental malpractice.

Sidney has successfully negotiated settlements for literally thousands of clients but always strives to make himself available to personally address their questions or concerns.

Sidney J. Lebowitz was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 1995 subsequent to obtaining a B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1990 and a LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1993. He is a founding partner of Srebrolow Lebowitz Spadafora and when away from the office enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and four precious children.
