Pasquale Maiolo is a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, and is fluent in Italian.

He is seasoned in Accident Benefits and practices exclusively in this area. Pasquale managed the AB department at a respected plaintiff personal injury firm for a number of years before joining a top Toronto personal injury boutique firm who specialize in serious injury litigation.

Pasquale has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years which he uses to assess each individual case and his clients' unique circumstances. Pasquale has represented clients at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal, Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, and most recently before the License and Appeals Tribunal.

Since joining Srebrolow Lebowitz Spadafora, Pasquale has been devoted to representing the victims and the families of those who have suffered injuries, impairments or the death of a loved one.
