Harjit attended the University of Toronto for his undergraduate studies before moving abroad to the United Kingdom where he attended the University of Nottingham to study Law.
Harjit began his career in criminal law, and since becoming a lawyer, has practiced exclusively in the field of personal injury, representing injured victims. Harjit has handled, and successfully resolved, a number of cases involving all types of serious personal injuries. He has represented his clients in private mediations, at mediations before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and in litigation disputes before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
In addition to representing his clients in motor vehicle accident tort claims, he is frequently representing his clients’ claims for accident benefits, slip and fall claims, short and long term disability benefits and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits. Outside the office, Harjit likes to stay active, spend time with family and friends, and travel.
