Our firm works on a contingency fee basis. This means that we don't get paid unless we successfully recover damages or benefits for your injuries and losses. In accordance with the Law Society of Ontario's requirements, our contingency fee can vary, but the maximum fee charged will be no more than 33%. 

Your insurance company may insist that your injuries are minor and should be subject to a cap of only $3500 in benefits for medical and rehabilitation as set out in Ontario law. We work to ensure that cap is removed and you can access ALL benefits owing to you, depending on your coverage.

When your claim for short or long term disability is denied, we will ensure that the insurance company sees the actual evidence to support your claim and work to bolster that evidence, rather than relying on their medical expert for adjudication.
